What we offer

We offer two event options under one roof. Location 1, we offer a 220-seat banquet area with a fireplace ideal for meetings, weddings, parties, and all types of celebratory functions. Complete with 21- 60' round tables, 11- 8ft rectangle, 3- 6ft rectangle, and 2- 4ft tables we can accommodate most any event. A full-service warming kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, 8-tray warming station, ice machine, and microwave. We also offer the only Atrium in the area. An outside that is inside. This warm and cozy part of our facility is perfect for those that love an atmosphere of privacy and intimacy. Location 2, offers a historic bar and lounge. A smaller dance area with a relaxing 10-table couples area. All of which are available for your special day. Banquet area - 700 Banquet area with kitchen - 800 Bar and Lounge area - 700 (includes the smaller dance and couples sitting area) Total building cost is 1500. All rentals are for a 24-hour period. Call for quotes on meetings and conferences. Meetings and conferences are charged by the hour. We now accept partial payments. Convenient payments are available for those who choose to pay over time.

Cost: Banquet hall $700, Kitchen addl. $100 $150 clean-up fee (we sweep, mop, and put up tables and chairs) When your event is over, we'll do the rest. **We now accept partial payments until paid in full.
